Fitness Boot Camp
Camp Returns in January!
Our NEW 10-week fitness program will offer full body training to include a combination of core strength, circuit training/cross training, kickboxing, group weight training and physioballs.
In this 10 week fitness program participants can get an amazing intense workout in a small group setting. Feeling as though you have a personal trainer helping you through the workout, this class provides great instruction along with a small group (Max 20) to help encourage each other to work as hard as you can! It’s a great way to help tone your body as well as getting direction and instruction for what workouts are best for you.
If you are new to a class at Porcelli's Training Center, please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time and introduce yourself to the fitness instructor Paige. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel for your convenience.
Proper attire includes T-shirt, shorts and socks and boxing/wrestling shoes. Gear includes:
